OnceUpon a Time

Once upon a time there was a cat named Theo. Theo liked to get into trouble all the time. He was an extremely rebellious cat. His big person would tell him no! But he didn't understand what "no" meant so he didn't listen. Who was this big person, anyway? Sure, it took care of him and was always around. But why did it lock him up in a cage and abandon him? One time, the big person took him to this place and left him forever. His big person let some other big person almost drown him in water! Also, what is outside that box that the big person won't open? Theo's friend was always thinking that there was a bigger world out there, but that didn't seem plausible to Theo. He is silly. He thinks there are flying things and swimming creatures out there! He also thinks there's this big open space that goes upward with no ceiling on it. He's crazy. That's not possible.

Q: Why did Theo think that it was not possible for this open space without a ceiling to exist?

A: Because he had never been outside. Until this point, Theo had resided within a cage or building. Regardless of what Theo had experienced it is still true that outside existed.

Q: If we brought together an executive agency of cats to discuss Theo's case and the belief of Theo's friend how many cats would vote in favor of Theo's friend being out of his mind?

A: Probably most of them.

Q: WHY

A: Because according to the theory of domesticated indoor kitty science outside does not exist.

Q: Was Theo's friend really out of his mind?

A: No, he was a unique domesticated cat in that he had been outside when the other cats had not.

What is Salvation?

Salvation is a gift given to us from the Lord in the form of the Holy Spirit and includes that of eternal life. It cannot be revoked, taken back, or lost in any way. The scripture states that the elect are His, and they shall not be plucked from His hand. What does this mean? It means that it is a gift thus it cannot be earned AND there is no taking it back. It cannot be earned or taken back because He loves us unconditionally, and all He asks is that we accept Him.

I think people get confused because certain passages in the bible imply that names can be blotted out removed) from the book of life. The biblical scripture states that hell was not created for anyone but Satan and the angels that followed him. This means that Yeshua/Jesus died for the sins of everyone thus everyone was meant to be in heaven with Him. This must mean that originally everyone would have their name written in the book of life in the beginning. The only way that could be reversed would be if one rejects the Lord and his/her predestined path of salvation in Him. And if one rejects Him then he or she does not accept Him. And if one rejects Him then his or her name would then be blotted out of the lambs book of life. However, if one accepts Him thus becoming saved his or her name would then remain in the lambs book of life eternally. It is important to understand that one cannot be both saved and unsaved at the same time. Or one cannot both reject and accept the Lord. Salvation is a spiritual process and we know Him in our heart. Then we either accept OR reject Him. Not both. This means that once we accept Him we have accepted Him. It is finished. We are sealed with His Holy Spirit, we are His elect, and this cannot be reversed. There are many saved carnal christians that are neither hot nor cold.. meaning they are saved but they do not bear the fruits. They are double minded and tend to easily give in to Satan, but they are still saved.

Does God Have Foreknowledge?

Yes, God has foreknowledge. He knows who His elect are before they are even born. He knows who will NEVER reject Him. And He knows who will accept Him before they do. These He labels the elect. They are saved. And they are His.

Oncewe accept Him we belong to Him. We are no longer our own. He is our Shepherd. And we will not be plucked from His hand.

Is God Evil For Opposing Evil?

No, God is not evil for opposing evil. That's a ridiculous concept. Those that hate evil yet have allowed Satan to convince them that God is evil because they do not trust the Lord are going to be completely devastated on the day He returns and they find out they denied the only good in this world for the evil they hate. God opposes evil because He is righteous, and if we are righteous then we should feel the same way. God is our only protection from evil and if we see Him as evil for opposing evil then we are extremely deceived. There are some people who want to quote biblical scripture but only those involving God's judgment on the wicked. They ignore all the other verses which provide solace and guidelines regarding how to treat one another. The entire book of the bible is essentially a manual on how to resist evil.. yet there are people that are trying to incriminate God for it. God is compassionate and good but He is not a push over and if He were it would be less than noteworthy. God is a king and what kind of king doesn’t defend His people. Of course God fights against evil and executes judgment on the wicked. If He didn’t, He would not be our protector so it makes no sense at all when people call Him evil for eradicating evil then presume to blame Him for the evil He has yet to eradicate...

nemo iudex in sua causa.

We cannot sensibly accuse God of being evil for being opposed to evil when He is opposed to evil because He is the opposite of evil as good is the opposite of evil so good must be in opposition to evil as the thing in opposition to the thing in opposition must be in opposition to that which it is in opposition to otherwise the thing in opposition would not be in opposition to that which it is in opposition to.

Why Is Satan The Evil Being That He Is Seen As? Because He Opposes God, He Is The Source Of All Evil?

To answer this question I think we must understand what and who God is. God is good. He is love. He is the source of all that is good: love, hope, peace, comfort, joy etc. He gave us the golden rule and teaches us to be kind to others- to spread positive energy.

Satan is evil (the opposite of good) as he is the antonym of God (good). Thus he opposes all that is good. And he is the source of all that is evil: lust, doubt, envy, anger, sadness etc. He spreads pain hatred, and negative energy.

-----

It’s not really a question as to who is good and who is evil.

We all know Satan is the reason for the evil in the world.

 And we can’t change that.

But we can change who we decide to glorify.

It all comes down to this...

who are we going to glorify?

We can either choose to focus on all the evil in the world and what we “think” Satan is accomplishing…(which will drain us of our happiness, cognition, and eventually our very life/vitality).

OR we can focus on the fact that good has ALREADY defeated evil.

Satan has “already” been defeated.

By GOD--

And God has already rendered of no effect every plan he has to harm those that are His.

But do we truly believe God? Our father? Who is all knowing and all good? When He promises us that He will take care of us? That He WILL turn it all into good?

Do we TRULY believe that He DIED for US? Because of His all consuming UNCONDITIONAL love for us? Do we truly understand that there is NO love apart from Him? That the love we are capable of giving and receiving is ONLY a tiny portion of that pure unfathomable unconditional love He has for us as He IS love?

I’m thinking if we truly understood and believed all of that we would have a lot more hope and peace and love and joy…

because we’d have faith and believe the truth.

Do We Have Free Will?

Satan is deceiving people into forgetting the fundamental aspect of accountability. The reality that a person is responsible for his or her own actions. In this deception a person forgets logical tenets and basic reasoning skills. It begins only subtly but escalates until the person loses his or her cognitive reasoning entirely.

Yes. We have our own mind and our own consciousness, and it is not logical to blame God for our actions:

Here is a conversation I had with someone regarding this--

....

Guy:

Father/Protector? Where is God when a child is being raped?

Response:

If you're still alive then God is protecting you.

What do you mean where was God when a child was being raped? God didn't rape the child. The rapist raped the child.

God is in control but He works around our will.

God refuses to force His way into our lives and the evil in this world is a result of our loved ones that choose to listen to [Satan] instead of God. And if a person chooses to listen to Satan [instead] of God and rape or kill then that person chose to [rebel] against God as God specifically warns against such actions stating the consequences of sin are death.

Say I listen to Satan when he tells me to HATE my mother because she spends more time as a kindergarten teacher at work.. suppose I listen when he tells me that if I were to murder them it would make me feel better. Is that God's fault that I listened to Satan?

What about the vague drown out thoughts from my conscience/God that were saying, No. You shouldn’t murder them. That would be wrong. You would never forgive yourself... I didn’t listen to them and what happened? I never forgave myself.

Guess I forgot that verse that says thou shall not murder. But I’m going to blame God for it because I didn’t listen.

We ALL suffer because of the sinful acts WE commit, but that is NOT God’s fault. And if you’re worried about whether we will be held accountable for our actions than you’ve no cause for concern—we are all held accountable.

God hates to see us suffer. He hates to see His people raped. And killed. But we chose to listen to Satan instead of Him and invite sin into our lives. And sin leads to death. But it was never God's will for us to die. So even though it's up to God when we die He works through the law of free will. He can't force us to choose life over death. It's our choice. And He gave us the law to prevent us from choosing Satan/sin/death. And to prevent us from harming ourselves/others. And that is why He instructs us to train our child up in the way they should go. And that is why He instructs us to listen to Him instead of Satan so that we may lead others into light instead of darkness. Because OUR actions have a huge impact on those around us and the choices they make in turn. And WE are responsible for the choices we make.. as well as those we impact and lead astray. Therefore, instead of placing the blame on God for the actions of a rapist you should probably be praying for the rapist because I assure you God does not take such actions lightly.

It is not logical to blame God for the actions of a rapist especially when God is clearly against such acts..

God's law in summary:

Refrain from promiscuity

Do not murder

Do not steal

Respect authority

Do not rape

Do not kidnap etc etc

Which can all be summed up as...

love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourself.

Every single crime that has ever been committed could have been avoided… had the person chose not to commit the crime… or had they decided to listen to the source of their conscience instead... which is God.

...
The Lord HATES evil.
That is why He gave us the law.
And there are serious repercussions for violating it.
But He does not hate us.
I know it's hard to fathom but God loves those that commit terrible crimes.
So much that He died for them.
And He died so that we may be set free from the bondage of the enemy (Satan).
Because He hates to see us suffer at the hands of Satan.

Or I suppose I should have said:
I know it's hard to fathom but the Lord loves those that commit terrible crimes... so much that He died for them.
But it was God in human form that died for us. I just prefer to use the term Lord when I'm referring to Him in human form.

It's like water and ice.

Water is called water when it's in liquid form.

But it's called ice when it's solid.

But it's still the same entity.

God is the father in the first form. God is the son in the second form of a human. And God is the Holy Spirit in the third form which is inside of us.

The Lord did not die for us so that we should remain in bondage to Satan. He died for us so that we may accept Him and be set free. And we'd be a lot better off if we all chose Him instead of Satan. Because once we receive the Holy Spirit [into ours] we become reborn, and we receive a new identity. But we don't become Him. To believe that would be a heresy. We are still ourselves. Just a stronger better version of ourselves. We become like Him-- powerful and righteous.

I posted this as well as a general posting:

Allah is God in English. Muhammad is a false prophet. He twisted the biblical scriptures.. same thing with the other teachings. The bible addresses this.

If you are a good person you are listening to God because He is the source of your conscience-- which means you belong to Him and you're going to heaven.

The only time a person goes to hell is when they renounce the Lord and obtain a reprobate mind (lose their conscience).

The evil in this world is the result of our loved ones that 'choose' to practice evil. God would have to take our free will away to stop us from practicing such evil...

Or destroy us which He does not want to do because He loves us which is why He sent His son to die on the cross for us so that we could choose Him instead of evil and thus receive redemption (ie rise above Satan’s influence/evil because greater is He who is in us than he who is within the world).

Satan has already been defeated through His sacrifice. All we have to do is accept that sacrifice and institute His authority. Meaning, speak out Satan’s defeat in the power of the Holy Spirit within us thus defeating evil. The problem is we are not accepting His love/sacrifice. We are believing Satan’s lies instead. The only power Satan has is the lies we believe. Satan has no real power. So believe in the love of God. He is the only source of good in this world. Confusing Him with Satan (His adversary and the source of evil) only glorifies Satan/evil. So glorify God (good) instead. That is how you defeat evil.

God gave us free will so that we could choose Him (good) over Satan (evil). Because He did not want to force us to love/listen to Him. But the fact that evil exists and some people choose it does not mean that we cannot choose God (good) over Satan (evil). We can and when we do so it defeats evil. I know there is a lot of evil in the world but do not get disheartened. God loves you. And He is with you. And greater is He who is within you than he who is within the world. God has given us the authority to trample on serpents... and defeat evil.. on His authority. But we have to choose Him because He works through our will as He does not want to force us to choose Him.

...

Many people do not understand the scriptures and they are not interpreting them correctly. There are verses in the bible that specifically state God's disdain for both slavery and rape. There are SEVERE repercussions for rape in the bible. Our current legal system is based off of the biblical mosaic law and our legal system is enacted to deter evil. You do not hate the police officers that implement the law so why do you hate your father that created it? It was made for your own protection. The evil you hate is a result of your loved ones that are listening to SATAN. NOT GOD. God is your only protection from the evil you hate and how does God protect you? By implementing the law and eradicating evil, and He is definitely NOT evil for doing so. Most atheists seem to hate evil in the same way God does yet they seem to be deceived in that they think God is evil for eradicating the evil He hates. When God executes judgment on the wicked it is done in righteousness. Meaning, He does it to eradicate evil. If we judge Him for that then we truly do not hate evil. And it makes no sense at all when we call God evil for eradicating evil then turn around and blame Him for the evil He has yet to eradicate.

The Lord LOVES everyone... so much that He died for us. God IS love. And the source of all that is good. Without Him there would be no hope or compassion. You must understand that and stop confusing Him with Satan (His adversary and the source of evil) because not only is Satan God’s adversary-- he is yours. And he wants to destroy you. So stop believing his lies. The reason you hate evil is because you belong to God. So you are like God. That is why Satan wants to steal your soul, corrupt your mind, and take you from God.. to hurt Him because God loves you. You were created to fight evil with the Lord. Not to be controlled by it. You are God's anointed and you are precious to Him that is why Satan wants to take you from Him but don’t let him. God is your father. Not Satan. And God has been with you your entire life… guiding you (because He is the source of your conscience)… and providing you with everything you’ve ever had. Your life… your family… happiness… love.. and all things good. So do not hate your own father and your provider: the only source of good in this world. Hate Satan-- the source of evil.

Idk if you've ever seen The Lion King but it's an allegory:

The Lion King= God

Scar= Satan

Simba= us/God's children

The hyenas= demons

The forbidden territory= choosing evil /going where God said not to go

Simba's father gave his life to save his son… in the same way the Lord gave His life for us. And in the end Simba finally found out that everything Scar had ever told him was a lie. So don't believe the lies that the enemy tells you. Believe the truth. Your father loves you. He is not your enemy. Satan is.

Is God The Same In the Old Testament and New Testament?

The Lord does not change (Malachi 3:6).

"People" were horrible in the Old Testament. God is the same as He's always been.

JESUS LOVES YOU AND HE DIED FOR YOU

1- Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you.

2- Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.

3- If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also.

4- If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them.

5- Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

6- Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

7- Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

Why Is This World in Such a Fallen State?

God is our only protection from the enemy. So lets envision a world without God. It would be a wasteland. People would be fighting one another. There would be violence and death, pain, and suffering..

Sort of like the world we live in now.

We live in a godless world full of evil… because it is a godless world.

I am not saying that God does not exist. I am saying that He is not able to freely work in this world because He relies on our free will... and we do not freely choose Him.

We choose Satan and 'we get the world we deserve.'

Does Satan Have His Own Will?

Satan was not created evil.
But he chose to [rebel] against God.
And thus became evil.

And in order for Satan to [rebel] against God he would have to have his own will.

And God knows the future because He knows what is going to happen before it happens.
You know, sort of like how psychics can see the future. Only psychics use their power for Satan. Not God. Seers use their power for God.

Satan doesn't want to submit to God.
But God is in authority over him.

Picture it like this:
A criminal chooses to rebel against the law. But regardless of whether the criminal likes it or not the law has authority over him.

But that doesn't mean that the criminal is controlled by law enforcement. The criminal is a criminal because he chose to [rebel] against law enforcement.

But when it comes down to it regardless of whether the criminal has free will he is still subject to the law thus he is required to appear before the judge.

But though the criminal will be punished for his actions the law refuses to violate the criminal’s free will.

Therefore, when a criminal stands before a judge and he gives a verdict.. of whatever kind.. he doesn't say:
We are going to proceed to perform a lobotomy on you in which you will be put under the mind control of law enforcement. Understood?

No, that's not how it works.

Satan has free will just like we do.
And he is responsible for the evil of humanity.

God is in control.
But He never violates the law of free will.

If you read the bible you’ll notice that Satan and God are adversaries..
And in the end there is a battle.
And Satan finally gets his sentence.

We are here to choose between:
God (good)
and
Satan (evil)

And the end has yet to come because God is giving us as much time as possible to make our choice.

Ill give you another scenario:
Suppose that I am a good king. And I have an arch enemy who is an evil prince. I am in a position of authority over the evil prince.
Now suppose that the evil prince shows up in my courts and tells me that all of my loved ones do not truly love me. And that, if given the chance, they would choose to serve him in his kingdom instead of mine.
Now, this angers me, and I strongly consider the fact that I can just crush this insolent enemy in eh, two seconds.
But instead, I reconsider.
Because I realize that if I did that then those I love would never be able to choose for themselves.
I already know the future.
I know who will choose me and who will not.
But I also know that there is more than one alternative for their lives so it is necessary for the future to occur for the future to occur.
So I decide to go ahead and allow the arch enemy to do what he will... for a while.
However, I plan to destroy him as well as those evil followers that choose to serve him in his kingdom.

We are here to choose between God (good) and Satan (evil)--
and it is necessary for both to exist for that to occur. And it is necessary for us to have free will for that to occur.

And the end has yet to come because God is giving us as much time as possible to make our choice.

Why Do People Have Different Experiences With the Afterlife?

There is only one heaven and hell but it is a vast dimension. There are different parts of hell and heaven-- just as there are different parts of the world. Each person's experience is subject to a certain realm.

I was watching a video of a guy that died and went to hell.. He said that hell was a place of torment... but it was nothing compared to the anguish of being separated from God..  he said that was what made it so unbearable.

Demonic affliction only results when we choose to be separated from God in some way... though God still protects us by giving us every blessing we’ve ever received... we still have certain areas where we open doors. If we would turn to Him completely there would be no room for demonic affliction.

Job

Consider the following analogy:

Suppose a family member said my daughter only loved me because I protected her and gave her all she needed… but that if I ceased from giving her all she needed then she would no longer love me. I would know better. I know my daughter loves me because I’m her parent and not because of what I give her. But the relative didn’t believe she could be that righteous. So I decide to show him that he is wrong by taking a few of the gifts I had given my daughter away. And my daughter still loves me. I then return them more abundantly after I do this… and she is even more appreciative of the gifts I give her back. So in doing this not only did I prove the deceitful relative wrong, but I caused my child to cherish/enjoy her gifts even more than before.

I find it humorous pretty much every time someone gets afflicted with Satan they want to bring up Job... and say, well this is just a trial because I’m so righteous. Ah, no. Most of us aren't really that righteous. Most of us just have open doors. And when it comes down to it I’d be willing to bet that Job wasn’t perfect either. He may have been righteous but he sure as hell wasn’t without sin.

Also, I think it’s funny when people try to make Job as well as themselves out like victims. God gives us so much more than what we deserve and most of us never even acknowledge Him.

I mean, God gave me every good thing I’ve ever had and I’m not going to get angry with Him if He decides to take something that He gave me away.. especially since He was the one that gave it to me in the first place. I’m going to be appreciative of Him.

Because luckily for us we have a good God. Full of justice, mercy, and truth. Therefore, He is always just. Like in Job’s case He restored to him the blessings He gave him even more abundantly and in other cases He takes everything the enemy meant for harm and turns it into good.

Or I suppose I should have said, and in all cases He takes everything the enemy meant for harm and turns it into good.

Cause Satan is the reason Job was trialed. And God taught Job from that experience and made it good.

Why Did God Ask Abraham To Sacrifice His Son?

Abraham is asked to sacrifice his son but just before he does it God tells him not to.

God was simply testing Abraham’s faith… to see if he would trust him enough to do what he asks him to do.

Abraham was willing to do it without question, but who gave Abraham’s son the breath of life? And who gave Abraham the same? And who provided Abraham/his son with provisions for food and shelter.

The only difference between Abraham and most everyone now is that he knew God was his protector/provider and that He would not hurt him or his child. There was no question in his mind that there was life after death. He trusted God with his own life as well as the life of his son…and rightly so…  since both were given to him from God.

How Did God Harden Pharaoh’s Heart?

A lot of people don’t understand how God hardens or draws on a person’s heart. When we reject God he allows our heart to be hardened by withdrawing His influence (our conscience) and our conscience provides us with wisdom and understanding as well as the other attributes it holds. So that is why people are so blind when their conscience is becoming seared… and that is why they seem so evil and the light is not in them.

In order for that to be reversed God would have to draw on that persons heart (try to get them to listen again) and they would have to choose to listen to Him resulting in their conscience being restored.

Some misinterpret the verse that says God "hardened the heart of Pharaoh" in Exodus. They think that means that God controlled Pharaoh.

This is not correct. There is a process we go through within our spiritual existence. In essence, a partnership with God, whether we are consciously aware of that or not, it is occurring. God provides us with choices. We can listen to Him or Satan. The more we listen to Satan, the more we lose our protection/partnership with God.

So when we lose our protection/partnership with God He makes the decision to allow our hearts to be hardened (meaning he allows Satan to be the only voice in our mind) and as a result we no longer have a conscience. And that is God’s decision... but "we" made the choice not to listen to God.

God knew before hand that Pharaoh would not listen because he knows the future. BUT most importantly, He also knew that Pharaoh would not listen because he was going to withdraw Pharaoh’s conscience (because he would not listen)... and He was the conscience of Pharaoh.

The Fated Ones

I’ve noticed most music now (and before and always) is centered on love. And most movies usually have an underlying theme of love. Even if its not a so called 'chick flick.'

And I thought but why? Why does the 'entire world' seem so preoccupied with finding that one person they were 'supposed' to be with... and what does that even mean? How is anyone "supposed" to be with anyone? Or "who" has preordained them to be with a certain person. I mean, that is essentially what they are implying when they mention the fated ones or a preconceived notion of a person they are meant to be with.

But where did this idea come from? I thought about it and I realized that there is only one explanation. There is only one book that mentions such a preconceived notion of a destiny that holds one woman and one man were created for each other. It’s the book of Genesis in the Old Testament.

Are There Multiple Gods?

No. Some incorrectly interpret the verses that warn against having any other gods before Him to mean that there is more than one God.

The term was used in the sense of a verb rather than a proper noun. The scriptures clearly state that these 'gods' were 'hosts of heaven' and the angels are the hosts of heaven.

An excerpt from a conversation I had with a skeptic:

Skeptic--

We've been studying the Egyptian gods for a long time. Why would we study the historicity of these ancient deities if they didn't exist?

Response---

Who said the Egyptian gods didn't exist?

Have you read what the bible has to say about these "gods":

 Jeremiah 10:10-12

But the Lord is the true God;
He is the living God and the everlasting King.
At His wrath the earth shall tremble,
And the nations shall not be able to abide His indignation.

Thus shall ye say unto them: “The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth, even they shall perish from the earth, and from under these heavens.”

He hath made the earth by His power,
He hath established the world by His wisdom,
And hath stretched out the heavens at His discretion.

Ouija Boards

Another excerpt from a conversation I had with a skeptic:

Skeptic--

Ouija boards are made by a company called Hasbro. They also make My Little Pony toys & tickle me elmo lol. Are you saying god exists because hasbro must be in cahoots with satan? Thus creating a mystical game which can allow children to become possessed? You're right. God exists because Hasbro makes board games. It's a fun game...until you realize who's moving the damn thing haha. Or you can just look into the science of why it SEEMS like you're not moving it.

Response--

The ideomotor effect doesn’t explain a third of documented paranormal experiences. You can make fun of Ouija boards if you want but people have gotten into serious trouble messing with them. The board itself has no power-- it's just an object… until someone chooses to conjure the evil spirits. In essence, one can do this at home with just an invocation/invitation. The board is just an advocate.

If God Is Not Controlling Us Then How Can We Be Certain That Our Prayers Will Be Answered?

This is the answer and it lies within the understanding of how God functions. He functions "within" us. In our hearts. And He can be ignored. But if someone intercedes for another person that has been choosing to ignore Him then He will continue to draw on that person's heart in an attempt to get them to listen... sort of like a nagging person that refuses to leave you alone. God can also see the future. So He knows what it will take for that person to turn to Him. This is the reason why some prayers are answered immediately and others are not. God may begin to show Himself to a person as a result of a prayer and that person may turn to Him immediately… others it may take some time. It all depends on the person and whether or not they are willing to listen. Some people pray for years and never even live to see their prayer answered but after they die the prayer is finally answered. It just depends on the person. But we can be certain that it will be answered. He will do whatever it takes regardless of how that person denies Him or how His heart breaks. And He does it because He already wants to save that person. It just makes it a little easier for Him to be denied when He has a child that loves Him on His side.

Prayer intercession is about rebuking the enemy for someone that is not rebuking the enemy. In other words, the person has chosen Satan's influence and invited him into his/her life. So, therefore, God needs someone who cares enough to intercede of his/her own will. God doesn't like to force us to do anything. So He works through our will, but when we intercede for a person it is God we are listening to. It is His desire as well as ours that causes us to want to intercede for that person. So we can be certain the prayer will be answered.

The Helper

The verses that speak of the submission of women to men are not intended to be an offense to women or to undermine them in any way. They are meant to state the proper relationship between a man and a woman. And the man is to be the protector as he was created first, in God’s image. In contrast the woman was created to be his helper. This is not to say the woman is in any way inferior to the man but that he is the head as she was created to support him.

God is not down with the abuse and subjugation of women--

Ephesians 5 24-26

…But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word,…

1 Peter 3:7

Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.

Ephesians 5:28

In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.

Ephesians 5:33

However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Colossians 3:19

Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.

God gave Adam authority over Eve. But unfortunately some like to take that authority as an excuse to undermine and disparage women. And that’s terrible. Because it wasn’t meant to be that way. God created Adam first. In His image. Which is why he was given seniority. God then brought the woman to Adam. The woman was given to the man rather than the man given to the woman. And the roles are what they are. They should not be confused. Women should respect men. And men should protect women. It’s that simple.

But people like to pervert things. Especially something like a position of authority. It’s hard to find a person that obtains such a position without corrupting it. We’ve all met that employee that was just so kind and understanding.. until they got promoted.

I’m the type of woman that has always insisted on being self sufficient. And there's nothing I hate more than a chauvinistic attitude.

And the reason I hate that chauvinistic spirit so much is because it is evil. Meaning it is in opposition to God and His word.. therefore He hates it. I am one with Him. And His spirit that is within me is opposed to it.

And that means that all of the skeptics I talked to hated it for the same reason. Only Satan had deceived them into blaming the one within them which caused them to hate it.

Do you see the deception he is causing and why it is ALL lies? These people hate evil because the one that is within them whom they are one with hates evil... but Satan is convincing them to blame He that is within them that hates evil. And that's not even the worst of it. That same evil person whom is deceiving them into blaming the one whom is actually innocent within them is truly the one that is responsible for the evil they hate.

Satan is a liar. But I’m starting to figure him out. What is a lie? The opposite of the truth. So if I figure he is lying to me, and I am trying to figure out the truth, all I have to do is believe the opposite of what he is saying.

So he is blaming good for evil... don't listen to him. Blame evil for evil.

So he says love can't be trusted. Don’t listen to him. Hate can't be trusted.

So he says you should give up. Don’t listen to him, you should never give up.

Satan is the father of lies. He tells people that are saved that they aren't saved, they can't be forgiven, and that God doesn't love them unconditionally. And he's lying. He does love them unconditionally. They are saved. And they have been forgiven.

Only Good Defeats Evil.

I think I just figured out something utterly simple. I mean, I really hate evil... a lot. I hate living in a world that is so cold but I thought about it.. and if I really loved the people that were causing the evil then I wouldn’t be affected by the evil anymore because I wouldn’t blame the person for what they did. I would love them unconditionally thus defeating evil the way Christ did. But I don’t have unconditional love for everyone like Christ does.. so I detest people for the bad decisions they make-- especially when they disregard the feelings of others. I hate cruel people but when I hate them for their cruelty I’m rendered guilty of the same cruelty I hate in that I’m harboring the same hate.. instead of rising above it and not blaming the person and seeing them the way the Lord sees them. He loves them for who they are even though they make mistakes.

.. One cannot conquer evil with evil. Evil doesn’t defeat evil. Only good defeats evil.

God is the only person that is pure good.

So I just realized my problem. I’ve been guilty of trying to make man into God... because I always get hurt and hold people to such high expectations when I shouldn’t. I’m putting my trust in man instead of God and man will always let you down. But God never will. Yet I’m putting my trust in untrustworthy flawed humans that will always let me down and they always let me down because I have unrealistic expectations as no one can be only good like God… except God.

... and if I were to put my trust in God instead of them and stop expecting them to be perfectly good like Him then I wouldn’t be so angry when they let me down. I would see them for who they are- a flawed human. And as such I would be able to forgive them and love them regardless of the mistakes they make.

 And it would defeat evil.

Because when you don’t glorify evil it has no place.

We should never blame others for the mistakes they make because we have all been guilty of making mistakes and listening to {Satan} instead of God.

Satan is the source of ALL evil.

Not our friends, not our family, not our acquaintances, and not ourselves.

Do The Angels Have Their Own Will?

A lot of people have inquired as to whether the angels have their own will.

God did not create any one of his creations as a robot. Even the angels can rebel against God.. as Satan did...

Angels have their own will.. thus the reason some of them rebelled against God and others did not.

But it seems to be a common inquisition. Probably because Satan tries to confuse everyone so they won’t figure out he's the one responsible for the evil in the world.

Revelation 12:9 - And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Matthew 13:38 - The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one.

Luke 10:18 - And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

2 Corinthians 11:14 - And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

1 Peter 5:8 - Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.

Luke 8:12 - Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

John 10:10 - The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.

Hebrews 2:14 - Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.

Acts 26:18 - To open their eyes, [and] to turn [them] from darkness to light, and [from] the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

James 4:7 - Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Ephesians 6:11-16- Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places]. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Romans 16:20 - And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [be] with you. Amen.

Revelation 20:2 - And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years.

**Defeat of the Beast and False Prophet

...

And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war. His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself. He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God Almighty. And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written, “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.”

And I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies assembled to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet who performed the signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who had received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image; these two were thrown alive into the lake of fire which burns with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which came from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse… And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

The Flood

The bible states that the thoughts of their heart were "only" evil continually. I don't know about you, but I believe in accountability. If someone commits evil crimes continually I believe they should be held accountable. I'm not the type of person that believes a Judge is evil for sentencing a criminal with the death penalty.

God is love. He is the person that gave you life. No one would be alive if it wasn't for Him. Had you considered why He sent the flood? Or the fact that He had Noah and his family build a boat so that they would be protected? Noah and his family were protected because they were the only ones in which the thoughts of their heart were not only evil continually.
