The world is deceived. I realized this after reading the bible going on the second time... I mean, people don’t realize how magnificently powerful God is… and how much of a loser Satan is. He is literally scared to death of God-- he trembles in fear at His name. But people are glorifying Satan all the time like he is powerful or something… which means they are 'inadvertently' glorifying evil... instead of good. Cause God (is) good. Literally. And Satan (is) evil. Literally. But good has "already" defeated evil. So then why is everyone living a lie? And choosing to listen to a loser? The only reason people think Satan is so powerful is because they believe a lie. And they didn’t do their research. If they did they’d know good always wins.

(Not talking about research that reflects the opinions of said deceived persons-- research from educated optimists not lacking in wisdom nor blind to the truth).

There is a philosophical aspect of life which underlies 'everything' and such is reflected in (it).

"A symbol, like everything else, shows a double aspect. We must distinguish, therefore between the 'sense' and the 'meaning' of the symbol. It seems to me perfectly clear that all the great and little symbolical systems of the past functioned simultaneously on three levels: the corporeal of waking consciousness, the spiritual of dream, and the ineffable of the absolutely unknowable. The term 'meaning' can refer only to the first two but these, today, are in the charge of science – which is the province as we have said, not of symbols but of signs. The ineffable, the absolutely unknowable, can be only sensed. It is the province of art which is not 'expression' merely, or even primarily, but a quest for, and formulation of, experience evoking, energy-waking images: yielding what Sir Herbert Read has aptly termed a 'sensuous apprehension of being.'

Concepts and words are symbols, just as visions, rituals, and images are; so too are the manners and customs of daily life. Through all of these a transcendent reality is mirrored. They are so many metaphors reflecting and implying something which, though thus variously expressed, is ineffable, though thus rendered multiform, remains inscrutable."

It’s obvious that God is real because you can literally see the battle between good and evil in 'everything'... the movies have references to the battle and symbolic inferences to it.. music does as well. But, most importantly, why do people think that people write books and set up websites to 'oppose' God.. if He doesnt exist? I mean, people don’t oppose non existent things nor do they argue or try to sway people against them. Like Richard Dawkins The God Delusion and other related literature.. it should be obvious what the motive is there. Why can’t people see the motive is obviously to turn them away from God. And why would one have such a motive if He didnt exist? And what about Isis? And all of the fighting that is going on? The bible explains why these "real life" events are occurring.

These nations and their history are in the bible.. it explains the opposition between the different nationalities.

Listen to this song:

http://youtu.be/2xBL6DLGwtA

He's talking about both love and temptation. He’s saying that he dreams of true love but in vain… cause of the night. The desert rose is a representation of the love he desires. But his desire for darkness (his night) is causing him to wake in vain… because he really desires love and not the darkness. That is why he begins the song saying... 'it’s been too long, that I’ve been searching for my loved one'—

and aman aman means 'my life is for you; and no one but you'..

He knows he was meant for love so he says:

'this memory of [Eden] haunts us all'

'Rain' and 'fire' are representations of purification—

the process that brings us to our true desire (love).

He mentions the fall in the end because it was the temptation of darkness/sin that was obscuring his true desire for love.

The song is titled desert rose because the desert signifies his privation as a rose cannot flourish in the desert.

Eden is the paradise/utopia mentioned in the biblical scriptures. We were created to live in this paradise/utopia, but Satan came and beguiled man to fall into sin. But God sacrificed for us and sent His spirit so that we may overcome the wiles of the wicked one and thus receive His kingdom thus experiencing heaven on earth. We were all intended to experience this heaven on earth therefore we are all seeking this love/Eden.

Love= Fellowship with God.
Sin= Fellowship with Satan.

In the fall of man Adam and Eve chose to listen to Satan… instead of God. Which altered their existence which was to live a euphoric life with God. One of the ways they were created to do this was through the fruit of the spirit... with love as the greatest of these.

Adam and Eve were created to live in a paradise/utopia. Satan essentially corrupted this in swaying them against God/their provider. As a result all mankind lost the desire for the fruit of the spirit which was the only path to self realization and true happiness with God.

The relationship that God intended for Adam and Eve can only be realized through divine love. The type of love expressed through Christ' sacrifice for His people. But because of the fall of Adam and Eve this is rarely experienced on earth the way God intended. Most people do not choose the fruit of the spirit over the temptation of sin.

When I say marriage is a gift from God I’m not referring to a legal marriage. I’m referring to the bond between a man and woman... because such a bond does exist. It’s just most people do not have the ability to love the way they are supposed to because of Satan’s influence. So in effect they never experience that bond with the person God created for them...

.. if two that were created for each other ever unite on earth it is a result of divine love... they would have chosen it above all else.

I never used to understand what it meant when I heard that God is love. Because I had always perceived love as a feeling. But I recently started to understand it.

When we love someone we must be "following our heart" per say… but what are we doing when we listen to our heart? We’re listening to God/our conscience. The way Adam and Eve should have… because if they had there would be no such thing as sin.

But Christ defeated sin/Satan on the cross. Satan's entire scheme to prevent us from obtaining Eden was obliterated the minute we received the Holy Spirit as the Holy Spirit is not subject to Satan/sin. And now because of the Lord's sacrifice we are redeemed in Him so that if we desire the fruit of the spirit and we choose it we can now experience the fullness of His love here on earth the way we were intended.

... notice he says,

With all my {soul} I've tried in vain

How can mere words my heart explain

This taste of {heaven} so deep so true

I’ve found in you

So many reasons in so many ways my life has just begun

Need you forever, I need you to stay

You are {the one}, you are {the one}

Soul- The spiritual or immaterial part of a human being or animal, regarded as immortal. the principle of life, feeling, thought, and action in humans, regarded as a distinct entity separate from the body, and commonly held to be separable in existence ...soul is defined as one person, or is the spirit and essence of a person.

Heaven- The abode of God, the angels, and the spirits of the righteous after death; the place or state of existence of the blessed after the mortal life.

The one- A person's destined life partner.

Destined-  (Of a person's future) certain to meet (a particular fate). To determine beforehand; preordain.

Fate- Regarded as determined by a supernatural power.. to be destined to happen. Synonyms: destiny, providence, the stars, chance, luck, serendipity.

Providence- The protective care of God as a spiritual power.

Destiny- The events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future.

See where I’m going with this? All of those words and definitions reference to a deity, his part in our life, and the afterlife....

And those are not the only songs that reference the underlying philosophical aspect of life. Pretty much every song does. As well as every book and ideology and movie and (website) etc etc...

... I forgot to mention I got those definitions from the internet. Sometimes their wording is misleading. It's important to understand how it works. God 'determines' our future based on 'our' actions.

Because, I assure you, if our fate were entirely up to God then everyone would be following Him.

Meaning, if we weren't allowed to screw it up then our life would be a whole lot better. We would all be living euphoric lives in Eden forever instead of feeding on dark desires and reaping what we sow. It took me a long time to understand this... demons have NO POWER against a person unless the person invites them into their lives... in other words, they want them there. Otherwise they would not harbor them. A demon cannot go where there is not an open door. That is why it's never a good idea to play with tarot cards or ouija boards… cause it invites them in. But there is no reason for anyone to fear them. Cause if they don't want them in their life all they have to do is decide they do not want them around anymore, repent, and ask God to remove them. It's that simple. Then they are gone. If there is not an open door they can't bother you. If they attempt to return all you have to do is renounce them in the name of Jesus and in the power of the Holy Spirit and they run away with their tail between their legs.

Read this its from the book of Job when God speaks to him:

Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said:

“Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge? Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me.

Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding. Who determined its measurements? Surely you know! Or who stretched the line upon it? To what were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, When the morning stars sang together, And all the sons of God shouted for joy?

Or who shut in the sea with doors, When it burst forth and issued from the womb; When I made the clouds its garment, And thick darkness its swaddling band; When I fixed My limit for it, And set bars and doors; When I said, ‘This far you may come, but no farther, And here your proud waves must stop!’

Have you commanded the morning since your days began, And caused the dawn to know its place, That it might take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked be shaken out of it? It takes on form like clay under a seal, And stands out like a garment. From the wicked their light is withheld, And the upraised arm is broken.

Have you entered the springs of the sea? Or have you walked in search of the depths? Have the gates of death been revealed to you? Or have you seen the doors of the shadow of death? Have you comprehended the breadth of the earth? Tell Me, if you know all this.

Where is the way to the dwelling of light? And darkness, where is its place, That you may take it to its territory, That you may know the paths to its home? Do you know it, because you were born then, Or because the number of your days is great?

Have you entered the treasury of snow, Or have you seen the treasury of hail, Which I have reserved for the time of trouble, For the day of battle and war? By what way is light diffused, Or the east wind scattered over the earth?

Who has divided a channel for the overflowing water, Or a path for the thunderbolt, To cause it to rain on a land where there is no one, A wilderness in which there is no man; To satisfy the desolate waste, And cause to spring forth the growth of tender grass? Has the rain a father? Or who has begotten the drops of dew? From whose womb comes the ice? And the frost of heaven, who gives it birth? The waters harden like stone, And the surface of the deep is frozen.

Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, Or loose the belt of Orion? Can you bring out Mazzaroth in its season? Or can you guide the Great Bear with its cubs? Do you know the ordinances of the heavens? Can you set their dominion over the earth?

Can you lift up your voice to the clouds, That an abundance of water may cover you? Can you send out lightnings, that they may go, And say to you, ‘Here we are!’? Who has put wisdom in the mind? Or who has given understanding to the heart?"

....

Do you hear the authority with which He speaks? There is NONE like Him. His power is beyond measure. But what is so magnificent about Him is the way in which He is the righteousness of righteousness... not only is He the most powerful being on the planet. And all the earth trembles at His name... but He is good and patient and just. And all that IS worthy of honor and praise. And He is in charge. There is no one above Him. The battle has already been won. Evil has lost. From the very beginning.

So people should stop 'choosing' to side with a loser and this world would be a much better place.

When people choose corruption--

They get corruption.

If they would choose virtue--

They would get virtue.

I recently referenced Satan as 'the destroyer' then subsequently typed it into Google to see if he were indeed called by that title in the bible as I couldn’t remember.

When I typed 'the destroyer' into Google I found several pages regarding characters referred to by that name... in mythology, video games, and movies.

So I typed in Satan the destroyer and found that he was referred to as the destroyer in the biblical scriptures: in English as well as in Hebrew and Greek.

I decided to read two pages that had initially came up when I typed in the destroyer just to see what they said.

The first page appears to be based on mythology. I read the page and it appears to have an underlying philosophical truth in that the destroyer (Satan) drains people of their personality when they listen to him. He feeds off of people when they choose him and such is the only way he can obtain any power over a person. But the more a person listens to him, the more he dominates the person until eventually the person loses all control to him at which point they then become violent and insensitive beings.

Basically, you can read everything I just said in the below article under the section titled 'Powers and abilities'. Only it is written in a different form and its inadvertently glorifying Satan. So just ignore that part. He’s not that powerful.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Destroyer_(Thor)

This is the other article. I won’t insult your intelligence by explaining how it is an allegory.
